Vacancies
We currently have 1 full time vacancy and are keen to hear from people who are interested in providing excellent care for people living in their own homes (this vacancy could also be a job share between 2 part time individuals).
The role will require the successful applicant to work at least 35 hours per week with overtime available.
Essential Requirements:
- Flexibility to work both day and evening shifts (no nights)
- Own vehicle
- Full driving license
- Physically able to perform care duties
Desirable Attributes:
12 months plus experience in a care setting
Experience of domiciliary care
NVQ2 or higher in health and social care (or equivalent qualification)
Level 2 literacy and numeracy qualifications (including GCSE grade C)
Pay:
Pay rates will be dependent upon experience and qualification. You will be rewarded for showing commitment to obtaining qualifications for your role.
You will be paid for the duration of your shift, start to finish - NOT per service user or only for the time you spend with service users.
£6.50 per hour starting rate with no experience in health and social care and without qualifications.
£6.75 per hour for experienced staff without qualifications
Up to £9 per hour for NVQ4 qualified staff
