How to Identify our Staff
In order to help the public identify our staff members they will wear colour coded uniforms. All members of staff will also carry a company ID card.

Navy - Management Staff
All of our staff members who wear Navy tunics are in a position of management responsibility. These staff have at least an NVQ 3 in health and social care (or other relevant qualification) although most will have level 4 and higher qualifications either from an NVQ awarding body or Higher Education Institute.

Royal Blue - Registered Nurse / Assistant Practitioner

These members of staff have undertaken professional training either as a nurse or an assistant practitioner. Assistant practitioners, while not professionally registered have undertaken a course of study at degree level and have achieved practical competence in a wide range of areas. Assistant Practitioners will not only support Registered Nurses but also have their own supervised case load. The provision of this level of staff allows the service to deliver evidence based nursing care for a wide range of people with an equally wide range of needs.

Jade Green - Healthcare Assistants

Staff members in jade green tunics are members of our skilled team of healthcare assistants. They are responsible for most of the day to day provision of our services and are the members of the team you are likely to see the most of. They will work in 2 main ways. For the provision of our domiciliary care service, healthcare assistants will work largely autonomously. They will provide a range of planned care activities but also have the scope to support service users outside of their normal care plan without the need for authorisation. When providing care for service users with extended needs requiring nursing care, they will work under the direction of a registered nurse.

Training
We pride ourselves on ensuring that our staff are of a high quality. As such we have a rigorous training and development programme which aims to help all staff to reach their potential. With a commitment to ensuring that all care staff are NVQ qualified we invest in the futures of our staff and in turn this investment improves the quality of services we can deliver.
Your Safety
It is important that whether you are an individual receiving care from us or a company working with us that you can trust us to consider the safety of you and your associates. All of our staff members, regardless of role have been subject to an Enhanced Criminal Record Disclosure and a thorough vetting process prior to employment.
